We ask for client’s contact information such as name and address so to record the client’s enquiry and also going forward to be able to name their project and include their name and address on their drawings and documents for invoicing.


WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION?

We keep clients name and address information on email, design software and also any plans or documents we produce for them.


HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION -

We only store client information on emails, design software and contacts software.

The lawful bases for processing are set out in Article 6 of the GDPR. At least one of these must apply whenever you process personal data:

(a) Consent: the individual has given clear consent for you to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

(b) Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract you have with the individual, or because they have asked you to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

Your information is securely stored on office computers both on secure password accessible hard drives and password accessed cloud drives.

We keep names and addresses for as long as they are clients of ours and would keep them following the completion of projects so to easily contact if needed for up to 5 years We will then dispose your information by shredding computer held information and also hard copies of any documentation we hold in the office.
