Historic and contemporary elements are brought together and celebrated in this garden we have designed for a Grade 2 listed Jacobean style Villa on De Beauvoir Square in East London. The mirrored facade of the new extension creates an increased sense of depth and views into the layered planting scheme, creating the illusion of being entirely submerged in greenery, whilst the patterns found in the Jacobean windows inspire the arrangement of spaces within the garden and intricacy of detailing within the hard landscaping.
